Job Title: Training Team Leader
Job Description: The Supervisor Training assists with the analysis, scheduling, and implementation of all classroom training in support of client programs to ensure superior workforce preparation. This position is responsible for cultivating client and departmental relationships resulting in reduced cost, continual performance improvement, and increased revenue. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the department.
Point of contact for training activities at the site.
Build a sustainable training program that adheres to the Training Guidelines.
Ensure Instructor accreditation through the Instructor Accreditation Program.
Build a pool of Accredited Instructors to ensure flexibility in capacity of training volume.
Ensure Training room adheres to the Training Guidelines.
Maintain training equipment readiness.
Seek accreditation and perform train-the-trainer (T3) for instructors on site.
Provide feedback to trainers regarding delivery skills outlined in the Instructor Observation Form.
Ensure instructors create a training environment that is engaging, positive, and free of intimidation.
Screen and interview potential instructor candidates.
Monitor and meet defined performance goals while training/nesting is ongoing.
Responsible for providing awareness regarding process updates.
Provide and be the point of contact for continuous education for the program both Advisor and Support group.
Job Profile:
Proven experience in training methodologies and soft skills (communication skills, critical thinking, time management, team building, etc.).
Significant leadership/coaching experience.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (English Language).
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Previous experience within the account.
Previous experience within the training team.
Availability to work at the office.
Previous experience as a Trainer within the account.
