Purpose of Position
The Training Specialist will be responsible for creating Global and Local Corporate Development Programs that enable NetJets Strategy and help achieve the 20/20 Flight Plan. Specifically, the role will be accountable for the design, instruction, evaluation, and transfer/application of those programs. These programs will impact all Leadership positions and Individual Team Members.
Tasks And Responsibilities
Develop a deep knowledge of the organization structure and needs to identify potential solutions: trainings and other development initiatives.
Liaise with NetJets Europe Top Management to provide corporate Training insights and gather with Business Unit Leaders to advise on key initiatives for the area and monitor the Training budget.
Design, deliver, and evaluate the Corporate Development Programs, ensuring they are aligned with NetJets Strategy and the 20/20 Flight Plan, and that individuals - along with their managers - are accountable to transfer and apply the skills and knowledge they have learned. For global programs: in straight collaboration with NJA team.
Liaise with the Global L&D team to co-design the global programs by aligning the content/methodologies and providing feedback to continuously improve the program.
Define and manage NetJets Europe Training Calendar by defining key initiatives, creating training momentum, and fostering engagement and continuous communication regarding development initiatives.
Implement NetJets Europe Training Calendar and initiatives by executing the training processes, logistics, and ensuring compliance with NetJets Europe different regions.
Collaborate in driving the mindset towards a continuous development perspective, driven by the employee, and based on the 70:20:10 development model.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And Other (KSAOs)
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role;
Experience in coaching and advising leaders at all levels;
Experience on the design and delivery of training for all job levels, ideally in a B2B context (consultant);
Certification as Train the Trainer (mandatory);
Certification on Korn Ferry Leadership Architect and Coaching (plus);
Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools (plus);
Fluency in Business English (written and spoken).
