We are looking for a highly motivated Training Specialist to join our client's team. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the competencies of our employees by delivering training programs that align with our company's core values and supervising all aspects of training interventions.

deliver comprehensive training programs, including new employee orientation and ongoing professional development, to meet the evolving needs of our staff; Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver training solutions that exceed expectations, promoting a culture of quality service and customer satisfaction;
transfers knowledge of training and learning methodologies to build a culture of learning and development;
demonstrate a proactive approach to your work, displaying initiative, effort, and commitment to completing assignments efficiently and effectively;
conduct training through new materials;
test and review created materials;
able to give and receive feedback effectively;
evaluates training effectiveness, documents participant progress, and communicates findings to relevant manager

familiarity with learning management solutions and proficiency in utilizing digital systems and tools for both virtual and onsite training;

willingness to travel in case of external training.

base salary of 1200€/month;
schedule: monday to friday
