Training Manager (Fragrance & Beauty)
Your role @CHANEL:
As a Training Manager , you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive training strategy that aligns with CHANEL's business objectives.
The Portuguese Fragrance & Beauty Market is changing at a fast pace, and CHANEL, as a luxury brand, needs more than ever to make the right decisions to preserve its Brand Image.
At CHANEL Portugal, the Training Department is under the same supervision as all other departments, allowing for better articulation and fostering the creation of synergies and shared projects.
Our main goal is to develop long-term relations with our partners, implementing local and international strategies to boost sales and improve brand image.
What impact you can create at CHANEL:
Ensuring strategic alignment of the Training department with CHANEL's business goals.
Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all company products, services, and procedures.
Train internal and external stakeholders on all CHANEL products and new offerings.
Identify and assess future and current training needs with Internal & External Stakeholders.
Prepare individual Training plans for Internal & External Stakeholders.
Implement the annual Training Plan and Calendar.
Maintain a keen understanding of Market trends, developments and best practices and pass them on to Internal & External Stakeholders.
Oversee the logistics of training events, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and resource allocation.
Develop new educational tools, training sessions, workshops and adapt them to the needs of each Stakeholder.
Develop content for various E-Learning platforms and implement the E-Learning plan by creating and executing an optimal strategy.

Language skills: Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
What you can bring to the team:
Prepare and manage the annual Training budget ensuring that the budget is strictly adhered to and that all costs are controlled.
Manage HQ Stakeholders to ensure that Global strategy is implemented locally.
Prepare Training reports and presentations for internal and external Stakeholders.
Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness, success, and ROI.
Analyze training metrics and feedback to report on the impact of training initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Proven experience applying Make Up & Skin Care techniques.
Previous working experience in training as a Training Manager for at least 5 years.
BS degree in Education or another relevant field such as Management.
Availability to travel with a personal vehicle.
