Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (required)
Proven ability to manage training projects
Fluency in English (written and oral)
Proficiency in Office tools, in particular PowerPoint, Word and Excel (required)
Availability to travel (required)
Excellent communication skills and good interpersonal skills
Excellent planning and organization skills
Ability to work under pressure, maintaining focus on results and problem solving
Attention to detail and analytical skills
Strong team spirit
Main Responsibilities:
Management of internal projects and coordination of external projects
Contacts with different stakeholders
Analysis of indicators and updating progress reports
Training management
Learning Management System (LMS) Management
