Then Emma is the right place for you.What you'll doYou will develop, implement and deliver the global onboarding and refresher training - and strategic learning agenda for the Emma operations team.You will turn information into knowledge and skill for operations related standard roles by creating inspiring and engaging training materials, to exchange and actively acquire capabilities / and further develop hard or soft skills training for- performance results teams.You will perform needs analyses using available data and evaluate results to continuously improve knowledge gaps and ensure a high level of employee engagement and satisfaction.You will develop and roll out innovative- learning standards, methods, learning platforms, best practices.You will foster strong relationships with teams across Emma, leading and influencing others effectively to achieve- functional alignment on goals and successful projects/improvements execution.You will participate in chapter meetings from Emma Operations team to support engagement level, learning, and best practices sharing for further accelerating new joiners and teams' efficient knowledge path.You will collaborate with core teams for operations excellence improvements (Process excellence, continuous improvements and automation opportunities, and many others Emma teams).You will collaborate effectively with Emma People & Organizational team for a better employee experience. Who we are looking forYou are fluent in English.
