TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER What you will do As the Manager, Training & Development at the AMGEN Capability Center Portugal, you will play a pivotal role in driving learning and development initiatives across the ELMAC Region (Europe, Latin America, Middle East, Africa and Canada). You will collaborate closely with both Global and Affiliate Learning Professionals to design, implement and support effective learning programs that align with Regional and Global strategies. Responsibilities of the role will include: Regional training initiatives: Plan and Coordinate: Coordinate, implement and sustain global training projects tailored to the needs of the affiliates, ensuring alignment with regional priorities and goals. Product Knowledge Sustainment: Create, plan and deploy Product Knowledge sustainment strategies, prioritizing key brands to ensure comprehensive and ongoing product expertise. Measurement: Design, standardize, and deploy a robust measurement strategy for assigned projects in collaboration with the ELMAC LP Directors for learning initiatives in the region. They think strategically, developing customer-focused solutions that align with the needs of the region. With strong problem-solving skills, they manage projects with a goal-oriented mindset, ensuring successful outcomes
