What we are looking for Proficiency in English (C1 level or higher), with exceptional communication and presentation skills
A strong background in customer support, training, or teaching
Passion for learning and a knack for making complex topics clear and engaging
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a talent for project management and coordination
Strong problem-solving skills and the flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative mindset: works well with stakeholders across departments and values teamwork
Ability to design training materials and documentation that communicate information simply and effectively
What will make you stand out 1+ years of experience in the FinTech industry
Experience with regulated environments
Experience in consulting or a fast-growing start-up
What you'll be working on Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to onboard and upskill team members and partners
Manage and update our knowledge base, ensuring information is accurate, accessible, and up-to-date
Collaborate with product, support, and compliance teams to translate updates into user-friendly training materials
Create a variety of support resources, from FAQs to troubleshooting guides, tailored to diverse audiences
Continuously improve training and knowledge materials through feedback and performance analysis
