Trainer & Product Specialist

Then this the right project for you!We are hiring a Trainer & Product Specialist for a multinational technological company.- Identify training needs and provide a training program for the clients;- Provide support to the Master Trainer in the daily training schedule and other needs;- Provide product support to the clients;- Promote methods and tools to achieve and exceed customer satisfaction;- Conduct training with sample support;- Participate in company and clients' events, providing all the necessary support;- Support market prospecting, looking for new business opportunities, mainly in LifeStyle products;- Support clients with product demonstrations and technical support, as part of the new business strategy;- Respond to clients queries, VOCs and complaints, among others inherent to the role.- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field;- Previous experience in a similar role;- Experience with MS Office (Excel and Power Point);- Fluency in Portuguese and English;- Excellent verbal, writing, interpersonal communication and content skills;- Driver's license.- Integration in a dynamic team;- Participation in challenging projects;#J-18808-Ljbffr
