Trainer Specialist
We are looking for a highly motivated Training Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will enhance employee competencies through comprehensive training programs that align with our company's core values and supervise all aspects of training interventions. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, fostering a culture of learning, and evaluating training effectiveness.
Main tasks:
Deliver comprehensive training programs, including new employee orientation and ongoing professional development, to address the evolving needs of our staff and align with our company's core values.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver training solutions that meet expectations, promoting a culture of quality service and customer satisfaction.
Share expertise in training and learning methodologies to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
Demonstrate a proactive work ethic by showing initiative, effort, and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and effectively within given timelines.
Review and pilot newly designed training material and provide constructive feedback.
Document participant progress and communicate findings to the relevant stakeholders.

Expertise in transforming predefined learning journeys into engaging classroom experiences, using adult learning principles to quickly assimilate and confidently communicate information.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders, delivering exceptional training solutions, and engaging with employees at all organizational levels.
Team player, essential for working effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple assignments, prioritizing workload, and meeting deadlines efficiently.

Good time management skills for handling multiple tasks and completing assignments efficiently.
Willingness to travel as required for conducting training sessions at partner sites.
Qualifications:
Proficient in German and English (French and/or Italian a plus).
Proficiency with MS Office 365 for conducting virtual and onsite training events.
Bachelor's degree in education, training, or equivalent work experience.
Previous experience in Sunrise of advantage.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Workday Learning is a plus.
Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting is a plus.
Experience as a Trainer, Training Facilitator, or similar role.
