Trainer For Gaming Project – French Speaker

What you can expect
Are you passionate about training and developing people and have previous experience doing so? You will be responsible for welcoming newcomers to our project and providing them with initial training sessions regarding their new position. You will also be responsible for following up on their performance on the job, identifying training needs and implementing continuous training plans. If you feel like this is up your speed, then you are the trainer we are looking for!
What you'll do

Identifying training needs;
Preparing and developing training material;
Providing training regarding hard and soft skills, initial and ongoing;
Analyzing the trainee's results;
Contribute to the success of the project, improving the knowledge and skills of the content moderators.

What you'll need

Fluency in French (C2 minimum);
Fluency in English (C1 minimum);
Availability to work from the office;
Experience as a Trainer (preferred);
Resilience, proactivity and charisma;
Gaming experience (preferred).
