Job Description - Trainee Revenue Growth Manager and Financial Analyst (2407023486W) Description Kenvue is currently recruiting for Trainee Revenue Growth Management & Financial Analytics. This position reports into the Head of Revenue Growth Management & Analytics and is based at Oeiras, Portugal.

What will you do Revenue Growth Management (RGM) uses the key levers of price, promotion, and portfolio to drive GP acceleration. Financial Analytics uses the controlling CIW metrics to the company and will be responsible for supporting some regional tools adoption in the company. As the Trainee Revenue Growth Management & Financial Analytics, you will support the aspiration to accelerate portfolio performance.
Key Responsibilities: Support Revenue Growth Management & Analytics lead in daily task operations.Contribute to the improvement and streamlining of data systems within the company to drive innovation.Automate business dashboards as prototypes and prepare them to be placed in production, working closely with the team's data analysts.Support the development of Data Analysis, key metrics, and Action Plans.Contribute to the development and governance of our data and support the different business lines with data-driven decision-making.What we are looking for Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree completed, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Business Intelligence.Good knowledge of MS Office, highly proficient in MS Excel; knowledge of advanced data visualization tools, i.e., Tableau, PowerBI.Excellent verbal and written communication, proactive, detail-oriented with analytical skills.Languages: Fluent in Portuguese and English, good level spoken and written.What's in it for you: One year internship.Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time, Summer Fridays & More!Employee Resource Groups.Hybrid working available (e.g. 3 days in office, 2 days from home).Kenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
