You will be responsible to:
Acquire and utilize knowledge of process optimization while engaging in projects aimed at enhancing area processes and procedures under the mentorship of senior colleagues;
Participate in Continuous Improvement Initiatives, as well as in problem-solving and risk assessment teams;
Guarantee that all assigned responsibilities are completed punctually, safely, efficiently, reliably, and in a cost-effective manner;
Conduct professional activities in accordance with GMP and HSE standards, adhering to both internal and external requirements, while fostering the implementation and upkeep of Hovione's policies, systems, and procedures;
Work in Continuous improvement dashboards and data analysis when required;
Initiate productivity measures and establish priorities within personal tasks to meet set objectives (efficiency, effectiveness, and cost consistency);
Support operational teams during their daily communication meetings, ensuring that established methods are effectively applied across all areas;
Contribute to the development of the Operational Excellence Training Program;
Ensure that all assigned tasks are strategically planned and executed on time, safely, efficiently, reliably, and in a cost-effective manner.
We are looking to recruit a Candidate:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related scientific discipline;
Capability to analyze extensive data sets and discern patterns, trends, and insights;
Proficient in Excel (including Macros and Power Query) and familiar with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI and Qlik Sense;
Meticulous attention to detail and a thorough approach to tasks;
Strong problem-solving abilities;
Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changes in priorities and work methodologies;
Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey analyses clearly to varied audiences with different levels of knowledge in data analysis and processing;
Fluency in English.
