DescriptionRecruitment: Support the recruitment cycle, from sourcing, writing, and placing job advertisements; screening applicants, conducting background checks, and extending offers.Coordinate the onboarding processes.Training: Carry out the diagnosis of the training needs of the workers to promote their technical and professional development.Develop the annual training plan and consequent evaluation of the training.Other Administrative Tasks: Support in the administrative management of human resources, such as data maintenance systems, legal reports, cost analysis, preparation of monthly reports, absenteeism management, and archive.Support the Medicine and Well-Being area.All other duties as assigned related to the HR department.Who you areThis is a busy department with exposure to all areas of Human Resources Management – ideal candidate must have an interest in learning and growing in the HR field and helping the department succeed!You will need, in addition:Degree in Human Resources Management or similar.Good knowledge of IT from the user's perspective.Good English skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong motivation to work with customer orientation.Strong problem-solving, training, team building, and mentoring abilities.What we offer to youMeaningful job: We are proud of what we do.
