Your Responsibilities
Main objective: Execute service work with low to medium complexity (maintenance and repairs), according to work instructions and in accordance with ABB processes, quality standards and safety guidelines.
Deliver quality customer service to satisfy customers.
Work in close cooperation with customers and other ABB teams, taking actions to identify new service business opportunities for ABB.
Apply safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities.
Report unsafe practices and incidents.
Contribute to customer satisfaction by executing service work according to customer order and expectation.
Ensure customer retention by delivering superior customer experiences.
Perform entry level service tasks, conducting maintenance and repairs, identifying technical problems, and analyzing them on workshop or on-site.
Prepare material and tool lists needed for service activity and ensure that all materials, parts and tools are available and at the appropriate quality for service activities.
Troubleshoot simple equipment failures and make recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future.
Identify potential equipment failures and take corrective actions.
Report work done in a timely manner and follow up when needed.
Proactively execute work on a first-time right approach with customers, ensuring the job is done on time and on quality.
Your Background
Master or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
Technical interest and understanding.
Flexible and service-minded.
Driving license type B (car).
Availability to travel throughout Portugal.
Good skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
High level of Portuguese and good command of English.
