Your role in our team In your role as Trainee Digital Sales Manager, you will form the bridge between marketing and sales and have a direct influence on the success of the entire company through your work.
Qualifying and handing over new leads (contacts generated via digital channels).Actively involved in the further development of marketing and sales processes.Working with the latest CRM and marketing technologies on a daily basis.Qualifying leads from marketing activities to identify potential customers.Carrying out sales qualification as part of active contacting.Acquiring extensive knowledge of our portfolio and applying this knowledge in the qualification process.Initiating projects with potential customers from digital channels and handing them over to the appropriate sales managers.Your profile Above-average willingness to learn and the ability to gather information independently.Interest in sales and digital technologies.Basic knowledge of digital marketing, especially in B2B, and a desire to grow.Willingness to learn CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.Analytical thinking, ability to work independently, and enjoyment of teamwork.Interest in improving skills and growing professionally.Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.Your working environment at Körber At the heart of every solution, every success, is a team of dedicated professionals willing to help each other while bringing creativity and energy to every project.
