Empresas: Grande Circle Travel • Hire and train Tour Leaders o Develop hiring and training plans to staff all departures with high performing Tour Guides o Lead Tour Guide meetings and trainings in office environment and on the road trip simulations o Develop individual training plans for newly hired Tour Guides • Drive achievement of Regional Excellence Goals through: o Live coaching of Tour Leaders over the phone, via Skype, and in person o Ride along with Tour Leaders while on tour to support performance o Assigning Tour leaders based on past performance and company needs o Terminate low performers • Interact regularly with travelers on site • 24/7 emergency support for all Tour Leaders on the road • Manage all administrative duties while on the road and in office: o Read all passenger quality reports and comments to develop coaching plans for Tour Leaders. o Weekly reporting to Regional Leader and to Boston HQ ONLY APPLICATIONS THAT CORRESPOND TO SPECIFICATIONS WILL BE ANWSERED Requisitos : 2+ years experience hiring, training, coaching and managing individual and Team performances (Tourism sector is an advantage) • Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment • Resilient to stress and enjoys change • Proven ability to motivate and manage people to achieve quality results • Able to prioritize key actions to achieve goals and is a self-starter • Demonstrated success in making tough decisions and taking risks • Confidence in Public Speaking and Presentation • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel • Experience in Travel Business is preferred • A strong and engaging leader, flexible, creative, independent and highly organized • Excellent verbal and written command of the English language • Proven ability to motivate people while building relationships based on trust, accountability, and mutual respect • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time and work long hours. • Good knowledge of Spanish and Portuguese territory is an advantage
