End-2-end Testing in Home Technology and Products (HT&P) plays a key role in ensuring CPE, value added services and associated back/front ends achieve the adequate level of quality prior to reaching our customers. The overall Home ecosystem has gradually gained relevance following the fixed operator acquisitions in the last 5 years and has become a real differentiator in customer experience. Delivering products and devices with the best experience for our customers at home, on time and at optimum cost, is fundamental in Vodafone's consumer strategy. The Team Leader for Home End-to-End Testing Analysis, following the directions of Home E2E Testing & Assurance principal manager and the overall strategy of HTP, is responsible for the definition & follow-up (monitoring) of the testing strategy in the areas of Home Devices (CPEs), Services, and associated Applications. He/She is also responsible for: Enhancing the Testing Automation & Tooling (to increase reproducibility and reduce TTM). Translating technical requirements to Test Objects and optimizing testing processes. Ensuring an ecosystem in alignment with the rest of HTP and Group Commercial objectives. The role covers the entire spectrum of testing involved in ensuring proper quality of Home Products & Services. This involves: Defining testing perimeter, closely linked to the devices and product requirements, as well as the acceptance criteria. Defining & executing testing location strategy. Optimizing testing operating model by optimizing cost and time to market. Driving automation and securing facilities and infrastructure to fulfill HTP objectives. Leveraging synergies from existing best practices used in testing across the industry. Constantly elevating Testing capability by introducing and maintaining appropriate tools, processes, and best practices from across the industry. Homogenizing/simplifying Test Object Lists across access technologies, NSE footprint, and services. Who you are Related qualification and proven experience in fixed & mobile technologies & services of at least 7 years. Technical university degree level (MSc). English language (business fluent). A second European language is an advantage. Applied knowledge in stakeholder management
