We foster a culture that values curiosity, creativity, and an unwavering pursuit of greatness.Responsibilities:- Collaborate with development teams to understand software requirements and design effective test strategies.- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard test automation frameworks and tools.- Execute automated tests, analyze test results, and report defects to ensure the quality of software products.- Continuously improve test automation frameworks and processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize test cases and ensure test coverage.- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives.- Debug and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with developers and other stakeholders.- Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure test cases align with user requirements and business objectives.- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in test automation and software testing. Main requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- At least 2 years of experience in test automation or related roles.- Strong programming skills in languages commonly used in test automation (e.g., Java, Python, or C#).- Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, or Appium)- Familiarity with performance testing and load testing tools.- Proficiency in using test management and defect tracking tools.- Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.- Familiarity with Agile development processes and tools.- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.
