What You Will Do: Acquisition, development, and growth of new customers within the hospital environment - radiology, vascular surgery, and cardiology. Support, consult, and expand relationships with existing customers. Strong focus on providing case support during procedures, ensuring proper product use and troubleshooting in real-time. Provide educational training for Penumbra products to interventional physicians and nurses. Execute all sales-related activities for new product launches and presentations to users and purchasing departments. Maintain relationships with key decision-makers and opinion leaders in the market. Conduct territory analysis and develop strategic account plans. Implement sales and marketing strategies. Participate in regional trade shows and conferences. Who You Are: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or related field. Deep knowledge of medical devices, especially in radiology, vascular surgery, and cardiology. Proven success in driving medical device sales within hospitals, acquiring new customers, and expanding accounts. Skilled at unlocking growth in new markets. Expert at providing hands-on case support during procedures, ensuring flawless product use and offering real-time troubleshooting. Comfortable in high-pressure surgical environments.
