At Diversey - A Solenis Company, we are the pioneer, the facilitator of our clients in a wide range of industries around the globe. We do this with our revolutionary cleaning and hygiene technologies - such as floor care machines, cleaning tools & utensils, and chemicals for Food & Beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities and Main Activities:
Achieve and exceed sales and profit targets
Promote growth through the management of Diversey resources with clients
Product and Pricing Management:
Diversify products and implement cross-sell programs
Keep the sales management tool (Salesforce) updated
Sales Monitoring and Forecasting:
Monitor sales performance by client
Forecast sales in terms of value, products, and dispensers
Sales Funnel Management:
Identify new prospects and sales opportunities
Convert opportunities into business
Proposal Responses and Training:
Respond to client proposal requests
Conduct training and awareness activities for clients
Product Support and Demonstration:
Prepare and provide support materials
Demonstrate the TASKI range of tools and machines
Diagnosis and Problem Resolution:
Diagnose anomalies and resolve minor faults
Replace and install basic non-electrical equipment
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education: Higher education, preferably in a Technical area (Chemistry or similar)
Professional Experience: Experience in sales (preferable)
Languages: Fluent in English and Portuguese
