Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 11:30am to 8:30pm.
Job Description:
Gourmet House is seeking a skilled and experienced sushi chef to join our team in Lisbon on a temporary basis for the next two weeks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality sushi and sashimi, ensuring that our premium standards are met for all events and catering orders during this period.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present sushi and sashimi dishes according to Gourmet House's quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety guidelines.
Manage daily inventory and ensure the freshness of ingredients.
Collaborate with the team to fulfill catering orders and special requests.
Adhere to scheduled shifts and maintain punctuality.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a sushi chef.
Knowledge of traditional sushi preparation techniques and food safety standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and presentation skills.
Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules.
