We are hiring native/advanced Dutch speakers living in Portugal to work as Customer Support agents in one of our many different projects!
In this role, you will be a quality analyst and contact center assistant!

Responsabilidades ChaveHelp customers from the Dutch consumer market with any questions they may have;
Answer calls in Dutch and solve many different kinds of situations presented by Dutch customers;
Use your communication skills to help Dutch customers have their best experience!
Observe the quality of calls made by agents.

CompetênciasDutch native or fluent speaker (mandatory);
Good knowledge of English;
High school certificate or equivalent (mandatory);
Available to work full-time;
Excellent customer care skills;
Excellent communication skills and telephone manners;
Fixed residence in Portugal and fiber optic internet connection are mandatory for remote positions.
