We're looking for a TeleSales Specialist for Motors who will be focused on finding new business opportunities to strengthen STANDVIRTUAL's market leader position.
The TeleSales Specialist must then plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to work with Standvirtual.
Also, we need people with great team spirit and dynamism, waking up every day with the same motivation and bringing a positive attitude to the company.
Hybrid work model: Balance your work and personal life by working both remotely and in our Lisbon office.
What responsibilities will you get when working with us? New business development, inviting new professionals and identifying opportunities to strengthen our market leader position (the majority of the contacts with users will be made by telephone).
Selling our products, identifying potential clients, and the decision-makers within the client organization.
What will you need to be successful in this role? Experience in commercial activities (online/e-commerce sector is a plus).
Inbound and outbound telesales experience.
Love the internet and willing to develop your online skills and experience.
User of online shopping websites, web browsing, and real estate sales/market.
Customer-oriented profile.
University Degree is a plus.
Good team player, however also able to work independently.
Influence and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle rejection and stress.
Achievement motivation and perseverance.
Initiative.
