Telesales Representative (Italian Market)

We are seeking motivated and results-driven individuals to join our client's telesales team for the Italian market.
This is an exciting opportunity to build an international career in Portugal while working with a dynamic and innovative team.

Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls and present tailored product offers to customers.
Upsell and cross-sell products and services.
Respond to customer inquiries about products and subscriptions.
Understand customer needs and close sales effectively.
Maintain and build strong customer relationships.
Meet individual and team sales targets.
Your Profile: Native or near-native Italian speaker with B2 proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to present products confidently over the phone.
Proactive attitude with the ability to handle rejection.
Results-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in sales or telesales is a plus.
EU member state passport OR a valid residence card for Portugal Working Hours: 40 hours per week (8-hour shifts + 1-hour lunch break).
Rotational shifts: Monday to Friday (07:00 - 19:00), Saturday (08:00 - 17:00).
