Job Description Lead the development and implementation of global communication and BPO solutions, focusing on Service Management (ServiceNow) and Contact Center platforms.Manage and deliver consulting and project management services related to these solutions.Ensure adherence to project timelines, scope, and budget.Utilize Agile methodologies (Agile, Kanban, Scrum) and traditional approaches (Waterfall) to manage projects effectively.Employ project management tools such as MS Project Server.Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients.Configure and customize ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, Asset Management).Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using standards like JDBC, MID Server, REST/SOAP. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields.4-6 years of experience in ITSM tool implementation projects, preferably with ServiceNow.Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Agile, Kanban, Scrum) and traditional project management approaches (Waterfall).In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow, including ITSM, ITOM, and Asset Management modules.Experience with system integrations using standards like JDBC, MID Server, REST/SOAP.Fluent English oral and written skills.
