Position: Telecom Service Solutions Specialist Location: Porto, Portugal Schedule: Days: Monday to Saturday (rotating shifts) Hours: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Role Summary: As a Customer Care Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding support across various communication channels.
Your primary responsibilities will include addressing inquiries related to subscriptions, billing, technical troubleshooting, and more.
Language Requirements: Native French speaker or C2 proficiency level in French (English is not required) Compensation and Benefits: Monthly Base Salary (x14): 930 EUR, 13 020 EUR gross Meal Allowance: 9 EUR per day, 2 376 EUR annually Performance Bonus (x12): 100 EUR (first three months, then performance-based) Private Medical Insurance: Provided after 4 months Transportation Reimbursement: Up to 40 EUR monthly, 480 EUR annually Responsibilities: Handle Incoming Calls: Assist telecom customers via inbound calls.

Requirements: Location: Only local candidates (30km around Porto) Documents: valid work documents, including NIF and NISS Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French.
