Telecom Sales Executive | European Market

Randstad Professionals is supporting a software development company to search for a Telecom Sales Executive for the European Market (m/f).

Responsabilidades Chave:
This is an individual contributor role: You are a senior sales executive focused on uncovering new business opportunities, breaking into new clients in the European Market.

You will be responsible for:
Managing the sales cycle including lead generation, qualification, and other deliverables for closing deals while consistently delivering on sales goals by selling innovative solutions to new customers.
Arranging and conducting face/virtual meetings, software demonstrations, and follow-up calls with new clients.
Maintaining your knowledge of the company's solutions and services.
Drafting detailed and accurate sales reports.
Ensuring a smooth handoff of all new accounts to the account management teams.

This position will be focused on new sales origination and closing with the expectation to grow to EUR 5M/year in revenue over a 3-year plan.

Competências:
A hunter mentality, with a proven track record of breaking new accounts, generating and closing new business deals (average deal size 2-5MEUR) perceived by customers as high-value projects/solutions.
Active sales activity in the last 5+ years in the Telecom industry.
Direct contacts with high-level decision makers in selected accounts.
Excellent communication and organization skills.
Professional and personal standards as a team player of unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character.
