Your Role
The Telecommunications Network Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the planning, execution, and delivery of telecommunications network projects. This role requires a strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure, including fiber optics, wireless networks, and other communication systems. The Project Manager will work closely with functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, design, and implementation of telecommunications network projects;
Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution;
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and manage resources effectively;
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies;
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices;
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including status reports and performance metrics;
Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and technical specifications;
Conduct project reviews to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.
Your Profile
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field;
4+ years of experience in project management, specifically within the telecommunications industry;
Strong knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure and network systems;
PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred;
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills;
Proficiency in project management software and tools;
Good level of English (spoken and written).
Preferred Skills:
Experience with large-scale network deployments;
Knowledge of regulatory requirements for telecommunications projects;
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
