Your Role The Telecommunications Network Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the planning, execution, and delivery of telecommunications network projects. This role requires a strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure, including fiber optics, wireless networks, and other communication systems. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, design, and implementation of telecommunications network projects; Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution; Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and manage resources effectively; Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies; Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices; Provide regular projectupdates to stakeholders, including status reports and performance metrics; Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and technical specifications; Conduct post-project reviews to assess project success and identify areas for improvement. Your Profile Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field; 4+ years of experience in project management, specifically within the telecommunications industry; Strong knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure and network systems; PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred; Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; Proficiency in project management software and tools; Good level of English (spoken and written). Preferred Skills: Experience with large-scale network deployments. Knowledge of regulatory requirements for telecommunications projects.
