As a Quality Manager, you are a dynamic and multifaceted person, with a combination of technical skills, analytical thinking and communication capabilities. You will be working with directly with a quality and production teams, and indirectly with logistics and commercial teams.
Daily activities: Enforce quality standardsReview and analyze data to improve the quality departmentIdentify patterns and trends, spot anomalies, and find solutions Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide ongoing visibility into quality performanceGuarantee quality across all the company departmentsCommunicate in a clear and concise manner, explaining findings and insights in a way that is easy to understand, even for those who are not expertsTo form the team Your expertise: You must be an ambitious quality manager professional, with a degree in Quality or a related field, experienced in a similar role and knowledge of at least some of the following:
Strong EXCEL knowledgeEnglish as a natural languagePrevious experience Knowledge of HACCP and IFS norms You, as a person: People-orientedKeen eye for detail to ensure that data is clean, accurate, and reliableCommunication skillsProactivity and autonomyComfortable working in a fast-paced environment Contamos contigo para este desafio.
