This includes market leading brands such as BCA, We Buy Any Car, cinch and Marshall.The Constellation Technology Team provides a group-wide set of Technology Products and Services across the Constellation Automotive Group. We are a central function working across the following domains: Technology Operations, Cyber Security, Product, Engineering, Enterprise Applications, Logistics, Architecture and Portfolio; across the UK and Europe.Reporting to the Head of Product for Planning & Delivery, you will lead our team's success in delivery through continuously identifying and removing impediments impacting progress. You will be accountable for ensuring teams remain on track and deliver value as soon as possible.Key Responsibilities:Deliver Value Sooner: Own timelines and coordinate business initiatives, ensuring teams are aware of their roles and responsibilities and held accountable for delivery milestones and deadlines.Deliver Value Visibly: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the status of initiatives, including benefits, progress, issues/risks, and proposed actions.Support the Product Development Lifecycle: Engage with product owners on the development of product roadmaps, ensure requirements are present, lead the delivery process, proactively remove impediments, validate rigorous testing, and drive for value realization.Partner with Cross-Functional teams: Work closely with Engineering, Design & Product Service Delivery to ensure alignment to the product vision, roadmap, and delivery plan.Proactively Manage Risks and Issues: Identify potential risks and issues, create contingency plans, and ensure regular reporting to create awareness.Develop and Manage Budgets: Maximise value delivered by driving efficiencies in resource allocation, forecasting costs, and tracking expenses.Strive for Quality: Ensure mechanisms are in place to enable teams to deliver quality, meeting customer requirements.Analyse and Report on Performance Metrics: Own and drive Initiative Metrics to enable data-driven decisions and greater understanding.Continuously Improve Processes: Proactively increase Agile maturity and processes to evolve how we deliver high-quality products at speed.Skills and Experience:Delivery Management: Skilled in managing complex initiatives, able to take ownership, and drive deliveries to meet deadlines.Communication: Effective communicator, able to engage both technical and non-technical team members.Enabler of Success: A leader skilled at driving teams to achieve desired outcomes.Maintain Delivery Momentum: Ability to track, manage, and address dependencies to ensure delivery cadence is maintained.Budget Management: Understanding of budgeting principles to manage resources effectively.Technical understanding: A good level of technical knowledge to understand the products being built.Championing Agile & Lean Practices: Understanding of Agile methodologies and Lean Practices.Agile Tooling: Understanding of how Agile tools such as Jira & Azure DevOps can improve team workflows.Please note that only applications submitted in English will be considered.Our policy is to employ the best qualified people and provide equal opportunity for the advancement of employees without discrimination.
