What you`ll do:
In your role as a Mac Administrator – Process Specialist, you will contribute to SAP's internal MacSAP service by leveraging the MDM technology stack, 3rd-party products, and in-house developed solutions to keep our fleet of 35.000+ Macs compliant, up to date and test and document changes to that service.
You will ensure the quality standards for the Mac platform and contribute to the design, plan, and creation of state-of-the-art solutions for SAP's global Mac fleet and deliver them through distribution and self-service policies.
In addition, you will contribute to the team's 3rd Level support and contribute to complex multi-team challenges related to various Mac technologies and represent SAP in escalations with software vendors.
As an experienced member of the team, you share your technical knowledge with the team and contribute to skill building throughout the organization and regularly participate in the organization's continuous agile delivery process.
As a plus, you are established in the larger MacAdmin community through knowledge sharing (e.g., blog posts, open sourcing).

What you bring:
Completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years of work experience as a system administrator or similar role supporting Macs
Experience with testing and process documentation
Excellent English language skills and communication skills.
World-class macOS know-how and Mac client management:

Apple / Jamf certification is a plus
Proven track record of managing Macs with a Microsoft based backend environment
Hands-on experience in automating tasks under macOS (e.g., Shell scripts)
Understanding of system administration, network administration, and security best practices in the context of Apple devices
