We are seeking an experienced and driven SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) Consultant to join our SAP Customer Experience (CX) team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a professional who already has foundational SAP experience and is looking to further develop their expertise by delivering impactful solutions for clients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. What You'll Do: Lead the configuration and customization of SAP Cloud for Customer solutions to meet customer requirements. Engage directly with customers to gather and analyze business needs, developing and designing tailored SAP Cloud for Customer solutions. Manage key project deliverables, including testing, troubleshooting, support and review of implementations to ensure quality outcomes. Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers, ensuring smooth adoption and use of SAP Cloud for Customer solutions. Mentor and support junior team members, sharing knowledge and promoting best practices within the team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver results on complex CX projects. Take ownership of project presentations, and lead customer workshops. Proactively identify and implement improvements to processes and workflows, enhancing SAP Cloud for Customer system efficiency leading towards customer satisfaction. Expected Contributions: Develop and execution of strategic CX projects, ensuring alignment with customer business goals and timelines. Take ownership of configuring, develop advanced features and customizing SAP Cloud for Customer to meet customer requirements. Analyze customer feedback, system usage, and market trends to suggest enhancements that drive optimal performance and user experience. Proactively address project risks and challenges, ensuring timely and successful delivery of customer solutions. Ensure seamless integration with other SAP systems and third-party applications, working closely with technical teams. What You'll Bring: 2-5 years of experience working with SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) or similar CRM/ERP solutions, with hands-on experience in system configuration and customization. Ability to analyze customer needs and translate them into SAP Cloud for Customer deliverables. Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, SAP CX solutions, and the latest industry trends
