THE OPPORTUNITY We are hiring a Senior Backend Software Engineer to our CODE (Consumer Digital Experience) Focus Area, Partner Content team in Portugal ! Our main goal in CODE is to make wellbeing universal. From knowing about Wellhub and getting access to exclusive benefits to using our vast partner's network, it is in the end-user experience. CODE is an acronym for Consumer Digital Experience, which means we're in charge of the experience and services that will guide people in their wellbeing journey. Our mission as the Partner Content Squad is to surpass subscribers' expectations when visiting new partners. We are responsible for building, updating, and maintaining all the information from our partnerships (their logo, company information, contacts, activities, among others) to the subscribers. YOUR IMPACT Work within an agile full-stack talented engineering team; Help to define the architecture of systems and integrations, bring innovation to the table, and make sure design docs are up to date; Support existing systems looking to enhance functionality, increase scale, and transform in new ways to meet our product demands; Take part in incident resolution and troubleshooting in the production environment, as well as in writing useful and critical post-mortems; Help and mentor other developers; Work with cutting-edge technologies and edge cases on a global scale; Follow-up engineering and product KPIs; Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues.
