Join us in shaping the future of realestate.We are currently looking for a new member for the SSC - Accounting team to join us in the position of Technician, Accounting .Working Place: Sonae Sierra's Central Offices in LisbonRequirements:Degree in Accounting or Management;Between 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Accounting or Auditing areas;Registered at the Portuguese Chartered Accountants Association (mandatory);Fluent in English and Portuguese (mandatory);Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel (mandatory) and SAP knowledge would be a plus;Analytical thinking and high level of accuracy;Proactive and reliable person;Responsibilities:Ensure accounting and statutory reporting of companies under IFRS and Local Gaap (SNC).Ensure the monthly closing of the accounts of companies in Sonae Sierra's group or third parties, owners or providing services relating to shopping centres in Portugal.Ensure timely execution and control of the accounting operations of designated companies with the following activities: posting invoices; launch and control of accruals and deferrals; launch and control of various closing operations; analysis of balance sheets and control of the respective accounts.Prepare the "Package" for the Consolidation department;Produce annual statutory accounts and prepare the IES report.At Sonae Sierra, we are committed to creating aworkplace that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive.
