DBServices helps to design, develop and support digital platforms for large and mid-sized companies in ITC, Banking, Retail, Government, Health, and other industries in Europe and Americas.
Tasks
Develop and maintain detailed project plans for technical transitions.
Oversee the setup and configuration of IT network infrastructure components, including WAN, LAN, WLAN, routers, switches, and Wireless Access Points.
Ensure the implementation of best practices for network security and performance.
Design and execute UAT plans to validate functionality and performance against requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure all issues are addressed prior to final implementation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the transition process.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all phases of the transition, including technical specifications and user guides.
Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions to ensure smooth operation post-implementation.
Analyze transition processes to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Extensive experience in IT network infrastructure (WAN/LAN/WLAN, routers, switches, Wireless Access Points, rVLAN, etc.).
Proven experience in conducting functional User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Strong client/project management experience is a plus.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Fluent in English.
