We are looking for Technical Trainees (M/F/X) for our EMS (European Maintenance Services, part of ENGIE Generation Europe) which is responsible for the specialised maintenance of power plant turbines, alternators, high-voltage installations and boilers, among others. WE OFFER YOU as Technical Trainee (M/F/X) A 24-month rotation programme where you will: Extensive on-the-job training and coaching by a mentor, senior experts and managers. Further expand your technical knowledge as you will be doing maintenance in various Engie power plants and battery farms in Belgium and abroad (mainly France and the Netherlands). Through 4 varied missions in different maintenance sequences, find out what interests you most as a technical: working on large rotating equipment (gas and steam turbines), high and medium voltage equipment, boilers, pumps and fans and smaller aero-turbines. Starting together with 3 other trainees with whom you can exchange experiences and knowledge. YOUR PROFILE as Technical Trainee (M/F/X) You followed a professional bachelor or graduate degree in mechanical/electrical/electromechanical engineering/energy technology/process technology/electromechanical systems. You are a recent graduate or have 2 years' experience maximum. You speak English, Dutch and/or French and are willing to learn the other national language. You are flexible in terms of working hours and place of employment. You are willing to do shift/weekend work during missions and to travel 30% of your time.
