What You'll Do: Provide top-notch support to B2B customers via phone, chat, and email
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to laptops, desktops, tablets, printers, mobile phones, routers, and Microsoft Office applications
Offer level 1 resolutions while maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor
Requirements: Proficiency in German and English (minimum LV B2-C1 for both)
Experience: Previous customer/technical support experience (at least 6 months)
Availability: Flexible to work in a 24/7 environment
Team-player attitude and a knack for problem-solving
