As a Technical Support Specialist, what are you going to do? Roll out, installation, testing and configuration of new systems; Supporting the setup ofexhibitions and demonstration activities; Perform hardware, firmware and software updates at touchpoint level, including licenses and patches; Perform hands-on troubleshooting at the touchpoint level; Liaising with customerson site, remotely and proactively communicating with TSS Coordinator, SDM and PM, escalating issues and identifying areas where service can be improved; Develop knowledge articles for the Knowledge Management DB; Being compliant with company policies including Health and Safety, Vehicle use, Expenses etc; Ensure that Environmentand Health & Safety is integrated into all activities and adherence to EHS Policy & Procedures as well as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance is strictly maintained. Complete all the compulsory trainings related to them; Comply with the information security and data privacy policies and procedures adopted by Vision-Box. Report any information security or data privacy incidents or weaknesses immediately. Complete all the compulsory trainings related to information security and data privacy; Contribute to the correct separation of waste and its placement in the respective containers, according to the typology of each waste
