About the Project:

Microsoft Corporation, headquartered in the USA, is the world's largest software manufacturer. The company is known for its Windows operating system and Office software package. Microsoft primarily offers operating systems and application programs, as well as hardware such as mice, keyboards, and other input devices.

Your Tasks:

Advice and support for Microsoft corporate customers (SMBs) and Microsoft partner companies on technical issues.

Contact by email in German and English, as well as contact by telephone.

Solve technical problems in contact with IT administrators, IT managers, and other employees of the partner companies.

Identify relevant processes and provide appropriate feedback to other teams.

Topics of technical inquiries include software such as Intune, Teams, SharePoint, or Office 365. Basic knowledge of some of these topics is required for this position.

Your Working Hours:

The required availability for the project is Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. You are always free on weekends.

The Atlantic Experience Program (for international applicants only):

Airport pickup and administrative support for your integration in Portugal.
