Our client specializes in the development and manufacturing of digital drawing tablets and interactive pen displays. As a technical support agent, you will handle customer product inquiries via email, phone, and social media, provide information related to pre and post-sales, and resolve technical issues that customers may have.
You must have native Spanish proficiency and be fluent in English (C1 / C2). The workplace is located in Parque das Nações, Lisbon, and you will work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern, Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm.
This company is committed to developing the knowledge of its employees, offering a training program of around 20 working days, 8 hours per day.
Requirements: Fluency in SpanishFluency in English (C1 / C2)
