Currently, they are looking to expand their technical support team to continue assisting those in need.
Responsibilities: Assist customers with inquiries related to the medical device.
Address technical questions (troubleshooting).
Provide information to companies and clinics interested in partnerships with the device.
Profile: English Level C1/C2 (mandatory requirement).
Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support/troubleshooting for a device (mandatory).
Secondary education level.
Strong communication skills.
Offer: Working hours: Monday to Sunday | Rotating shifts between 12 PM and 10 PM.
Workplace: Entrecampos, Lisbon.
Paid initial training.
Base salary + Meal Allowance + Proportional benefits.
Health insurance starting in the first month of employment.
