Technical Support For Microsoft - Italian Speaker In Lisbon

What you'll do

Work with customers to resolve technical customer issues on the Partner Center Platform;
Support deliveries;
Determine technical support pain areas while working with customers;
Provide feedback and details to Technical Advisors and PG teams;
Achieve the CPE team goals and the time to resolution or escalation, enabling a response time similar to competitors;
Maintain technical skills through completion of ongoing readiness and platform training;
Participate in the creation of future Microsoft support capabilities for the cloud.

What you'll need

Fluent level of Italian and English (minimum B2);
Previous interaction with M365 technology (SPO, EXO) (required);
Basic Active Directory troubleshooting skills (users, mailboxes) (required);
Knowledge of Basic API and Networking (required);
Understanding of basic programming (Python, C#) (is a plus).
