Your responsibilities and impact as Technical Support For Electronic Provider will be:
Provide professional customer service solutions - both B2B and B2C - over the phone, live chat and emails
Provide product support and advice
Troubleshoot technical issues
Guarantee client satisfaction and high level of quality
Ensure and participate in the success of the department
Skills, experiences and interests you need to succeed in this role:
You are a native German speaker with fluent English
You are tech-savvy, with good troubleshooting skills
Previous experience in technical support is an advantage
You are professional and friendly with empathy and the ability to multitask
You are highly reliable, adaptable, a fast learner, and you have strong problem-solving skills
