Your responsibilities and impact as a Technical Support Agent in Portugal will be: Respond to customer requests via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging channels.
Provide pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support.
Maintain a consistent brand voice in both private and public interactions.
Escalate issues to higher support tiers as needed. Collaborate with technicians to resolve help tickets.
Manage an individual ticket queue and follow management direction.
Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Review and provide feedback on help content. Perform other assigned tasks.
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role: A native level of Italian and at least a B2 level of English.
Passion for Technical Support.
Proficient in handling inbound calls and written communications within established guidelines.
Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks promptly.
Commitment to maintaining customer information security and confidentiality.
Problem-solving; skillful identification and escalation of issues for timely resolution.
Excitement about intercultural communication and commitment to a longer stay in Portugal.
Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience.
Having a valid Portuguese work permit or a nationality that allows you to work in an EU country.
What is in it for you? Contract of 6 months.
Working hours: Monday to Friday – 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM (Rotational). Saturday and Sunday – 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM. Days Off: 2 Days Rotational.
Salary conditions: 1116€ gross/month (paid 12 times) + performance bonus 120€.
Help with acquiring the NIF and SSN.

If you're relocating from outside of Portugal: Room in a shared apartment for a maximum period of 12 months, with rent of 280€ with all utilities bills included (discounted directly from the payslip).
