Currently, we are seeking a Technical Support Engineer who's eager to continue to evolve, thrives on challenges, and is ready to embark on a new opportunity. This is a hybrid work model project in Lisbon, Portugal.
Responsibilities:
Support clients in implementing and testing products and services;
Have in-depth knowledge of products, services and their integration aspects, in order to provide efficient and effective support to customers and partners;
Resolving incidents and responding to requests for clarifications associated with the services provided;
Ensuring that support requests are resolved quickly and within agreed SLAs;
Promote meetings with clients' technical areas to speed up the resolution of complex issues;
Analyzing, documenting and improving internal processes and tools.
Requirements:
(1+) years of professional experience in functional analysis or systems development/implementation roles;
Proficiency in English.
Knowledge of payment systems, from a technological point of view, and of the products and services provided;
Previous experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
