JOB DETAILS: Position: Technical Support Analyst (Senior)Location: Lisbon (Hybrid Work Model)Experience Level: Senior (5+ years)ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Technical Analyst with Top Sigma, you will be key in diagnosing and resolving high-level (L3) technical and functional incidents, primarily in the Manufacturing, PLD, and HSE domains. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong background in systems analysis, application support, and continuous improvement initiatives. You'll also contribute to solution documentation, support change management, and help drive technical obsolescence planning.
DAY-TO-DAY DUTIES: Diagnose and resolve L3 technical issues by analyzing application and middleware logs.Maintain and update documentation for critical software solutions in the Manufacturing/PLD/HSE domain.Proactively identify areas for improvement and drive continuous service enhancement.Support change requests, contributing to root cause analyses and problem resolution.Collaborate on roadmap planning for technical obsolescence management.REQUIREMENTS: OS & Middleware: Windows, Linux, Apache, JBoss, Tomcat.Database Management: Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server.Networking: Advanced skills in network configuration and support.Cybersecurity: Basic understanding of security protocols and best practices.Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken).NICE TO HAVE: Experience in Manufacturing, PLD, or HSE software support, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
