What does your day-to-day in this role look like:
Support deliveries and work with customers to resolve technical customer issues on the platform.
Determine technical support pain areas and provide feedback and details to Technical Advisors.
What do you need to be successful at this job?
Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Italian
Availability to work in rotating shifts
Good computer skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit
At least a year of experience in Technical Support
High School Diploma
EU passport/ID or a Portuguese resident card

Recruitment process

Once the contract has been signed, all you have to do is book your plane ticket to Lisbon.
You'll be met at the airport and given your own private room in a shared flat :)
