Technical Support Agent - German Speaking

We are seeking a Technical Support Agent who is fluent in German to join our Electronic Data Capture team. This role involves providing first-line support for workstations and applications, supporting both current and new clients across Europe and North America. Additionally, you will assist with new projects related to technical support for portal users.
Essential Functions
Provide first-line technical assistance and resources to internal and external customers.
Communicate with end users to clarify and define their requirements.
Resolve routine problems and escalate complex issues to the appropriate support team.
Maintain call information in a database using commercial software.
Assist with monthly chargeback reports.
Schedule configuration and installation of PC workstation hardware and software.
Mandatory Skills
Native or fluent German speaker.
Professional proficiency in English.
Proficiency with Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office.
Mandatory Competencies

Ability to work under pressure.
Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience.
At least one year of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Familiarity with mainframe, distributed, PC, LAN, or telecommunications equipment and related components, or experience in a customer service role.
Ability to analyse and gather information to resolve routine issues.
